While it is free it does require you to register. You can not skip a field when registering, yet you can enter a dash (”-”) in place of actual information. You are required to create a user name and password, those you can’t leave blank or use a dash in the field.

Hummingbird is a tool for use with Twitter designed for professional internet marketers. The idea behind the software is simple, and so is the program, with nice results. While it is designed for internet marketing professionals it can be used by any business that needs to manage multiple accounts on Twitter.

The Problem

With Twitter you have four types of communication - one way and two way messages, replies to messages, and direct messages. If you follow someone, and they don’t follow you, then you can see what they are saying in public, yet your general message won’t appear on their screen. If they follow you back (mutual following) then you both will see what each other types. You can send a message directly to someone, such as in a reply, by putting a @ in front of their user name - everyone following you will see the message, yet twitter is smart enough to know it is intended for you. The finial way is Direct Messages, and it is like sending a micro email - with a catch, if they don’t follow you then they will not appear in your address book, and so you can’t send them a private message, even if they can send you one.

We mention the way you can tweet (micro-blog, or send a message to the world) because it effects how you can reach your target audience. It is kind of like standing in a room of deaf people - you can yell yet no-one will hear you. To get people to listen you need them following you, so they can receive your message. Like any other type of marketing you need a targeted audience, and it is easy to find with Twitter’s search button, and based on who follows who. So, how do we get people to follow us so we can sell to them, why we ask them to. We have found out who to ask by using keywords when we searched for friends, so we have a list of people to follow, and hope they follow us in return (hoping 40% to 60% will). So, would you like to click the follow button up to 2000 times when you start out, in hopes that 1000 or so people will follow you back? And don’t forget you would have to hit the next button 100 times.

The Solution

Ok, so you may not want to try clicking on 2000 people to follow, in hopes of getting about 1000 followers. Nor clicking another 2000 times (1000 clicks to unfollow the 1K people that chose not to follow you, and then another 1K times to follow 1,000 more tweeps) two or three days later, then rinse and repeat. This is where Hummingbird comes to the rescue, by helping automate the task of following and unfollowing, even while you sleep if you want. This leaves time for you to get your message out to your targeted followers. You do still have to find someone to follow, yet once you do you can set the program and forget about it for a while.

It is enough to say here that Hummingbird is able to follow and unfollow those you chose to, and help automate the process. It has the ability to help you manage multiple accounts, which can come in handy if you feel a need, or have a desire, to maintain multiple personalities on Twitter. And the developers are improving it on a regular basis.

While Hummingbird is for mainly for internet marketers it can be used by companies who maintain a number of accounts on-line. Where this may come in handy is if you have customer service, R&D, and accounting all on-line. If someone becomes abusive you can stop following them, and in effect, block them. Then one department can share that list with the other departments as well (it is just a simple file). This isn’t designed, nor priced, for individuals, it is for internet marketers, and business. Mesiab Labs to help you gain followers on Twitter. The idea and the software is simple and straight forward - gain followers and market to them. And we answer the question of who would benefit the most from this.

First, Mesiab Labs has been around for a number of years. They had created a program called Easy Ad Poster Deluxe, that was a bit too good - Google it if you want, we won’t go into detail here. They are currently working on two programs, one for BackPage, and another for Twitter. We are interested in the later, Hummingbird for use with Twitter. Hummingbird - The Program

The program is rather simple on the surface, yet the true power hidden from you. Instead of starting up your regular browser you just click on the Hummingbird icon in the start menu. If this is the first time using Hummingbird you are can set two major items - your VIP list (protected from unfollowing) and your user account(s). If you don’t have an account on Twitter yet you are able to create it, and start the process of following tweeps/tweeple (fellow Twitter users).

Using just a couple buttons you are able to find people to follow in your niche, and add them to your following list. Anywhere from 24 hours to 10 days (suggested that you wait 48 to 72 hour) you should go through your list and unfollow those that have chosen not to follow you back, and are not on your VIP list. We don’t suggest bombarding your followers (those that have chosen to follow you) with one sales pitch after another, yet you can slip it in. Maybe even suggest that you have a new blog entry that you want to share. This is like a customized browser with special features designed for Twitter, so if you have used twitter in a regular browser you will fill right at home.

The ebook is just 10 pages long, and the bonus report is only 9, so you are not being overwhelmed with information, nor bombarded with self promotions. The resources page provides three ways of carrying out the third (and last) part of the program - via software hosted on the net (with a monthly fee), via software you download (a one time fee), and manually with the needed links (time consuming, yet free). In short, this best benefits those using, or planning to use, WordPress and Blogger and wants to get indexed by Google in less than 24 hours, and near the top of search results (maybe the first two pages).

Here is how things have unfolded. First, we found a product that the author was promoting by himself, and who decided to enlist the help of affiliates recently. We decided to purchase the program, and become an affiliate as well. Then we though that a first good test of Googled in 60 Minutes would be to see if we could promote the product - Cash by Choice as outlined in this program, and get it on the first page of Google, along with how long it would take. We though this would be a fair test - if not being a bit generous in that we don’t felt it was heavily promoted at the time, so we proceeded with our test. While it failed the 60 minute test, we did see some results. First, for our keywords, we did get indexed, yet it took a few hours, and even more just to get onto Google’s search results page (not the first page), right now we are in the 12 spot - two days later. We also chose to try ranking for the the most common misspelling, being Choise instead of Choice. Within 14 hours we did get to the front page, and in the last two days we made it to the second and fifth spots (disclaimer, our sister site holds the top spot so we are not overly concerned ). For the keyword spelled correctly there is 71,700,000 (71.7 million) number of results found by Google, and for the misspelling there is 71,400,000 (71.4 million) results returned. So, lets ask a few questions:

• Does it work? Yes - we are indexed and even have two listings in the top 10
• Does it work as promised? No, well not for a keyword that is already being promoted by hundreds/thousands of others.
• Why do you say “No, well not for …”? In the instructions/program it suggest that you find a new affiliate program that is not yet release. It might work if you get a jump on everyone else, yet unless you know where to find that info …
• Is it worth the price? We feel it is lacking for the price (please see Secret Affiliate Code 2 - Lost Code (SAC2) for what we fell is a better value), yet it offers three things that others don’t.

Ok, why are we hedging our bets? Well, there are three things in the course that can be used to help supplement a program/course like Secret Affiliate Code 2 - Lost Code. The first SAC2 is more complex, and this provides a way to get something up and going, and indexed in short order. Then you can go back and use some of the techniques as outlined in SAC2 to really expand on thing. Second, this program lists some resources that you will not find elsewhere. Third, you learn a trick that hasn’t been mentioned much, nor have we heard about before (must be out there in cyberspace somewhere, just that you don’t know you need it ) - that is whitehat (not gray or blackhat stuff). It is all above the table, yet we feel it could of delivered more for the price.

The burning question is, who is this for? Simple, if you have a WordPress site, or a Blogger site, or even considering creating both types of sites, then this might be for you. It isn’t for someone liking to build an empire, just wants a small and simple system to manage. It is a bit more complex than Cash by Choice, yet not much more, and may provide better results (we will test this), even combined with for the best results. If you already have purchased another higher priced system we suggest you stay with, and work, it.

This is not a $70 - $2000+ program, it is normally worth $47, available for only $17, and you can have it for only $7 by clearing your browser’s cookies, and following the link to the “Cash By Choice” information page This doesn’t even pretend to be a program that can make you $3K in a day’s time, or $10K+ over a week’s time. It is great for those just starting out, and does not have $47 or more dollars to spend to start making an extra, or even main, income on-line. If you are new to internet and affiliate marketing, and sitting on the fence as what to do, well, don’t wait any longer, go ahead and get this. You can earn your money back in no time at all, and then some . All of this for just a couple hours of work a week.

Cash by Choise is a simple affiliate marketing training program by Robert Fore, that has a number of videos and manuals. If you are interested in adding $240 per month, compounded monthly, for only 1 or 2 hours per day, 3 days a week, then you may be interested in this. The main manual can be broken into two parts, everything else and the main training material. The information provided is mainly for those just starting out, and as Mr. Fore states, if you are making less than $5,000 per month from your affiliate efforts.

The program consists of 5 videos, 3 manuals, and a couple templates that you can use with the system. The main part of the training is the “Cash by Choice System” manual, with two support ebooks. The videos can be divided into two groups, with 2 .movs in the the first group, and three in the second. The templates will be used, as described in both the main book and the second series of videos. It isn’t quite by the hand, yet detailed enough for a person new to internet marketing to get started.

How would you like to earn an extra $240 per month, compounded monthly? Yes, that is $240 the first month, $480 the second, and after 21 months you would be earning $5040/month. All for just 12 - 24 hours worth of work per month? The idea is rather simple, you spend 1 to 2 hours a day, 3 days per week, creating a campaign - one per day when you work on it. Each campaign earns on average $20 per month (Mr. Fore’s figures, not ours). A couple campaigns may die do to changes in the affiliate program that they promote, yet most will live on, for years to come. While some campaigns will earn less that $20/mth average, others can be breakouts - earning a whole lot more, yet no guarantee that any of this will happen. We think if done properly that those numbers may be conservative.

The training manual starts off with the usual legal disclaimers, and then the almost mandatory “About Me” section so you know something about Robert’s background. In the “About Me” section (ok, he doesn’t call it that, yet we do) he gives some stats as to how this system has worked for him. Next he gives you a pep talk, helping you boost your self confidence. Next it is on to promoting a special program he is offering, and his membership site. The reason you purchased “Cash by Choice” is in the second half of the 39 page book.

It provides enough to not only get you going, yet keep you going for six months or longer if you chose to continue following the program. We think that after six months you will be ready to advance to the next level, and so this is a basic training camp, if you will. If you have been debating if you should try your hand at affiliate or internet marketing, then this would be a good first step in the process. Again, if you are making over $5 grand a month from promoting affiliate programs then this is not for you. If you are just sitting on the fence, well then get off it, and get going.
